Guest chef in Bakucha kitchen: Aylin Yazicioglu


The year 2021 came with the latest vintage we have experienced at Arcadia Vineyards since our foundation.
Although it was a low yield year, we have high expectations for 2021 in terms of quality.
We wanted to celebrate the completion of the harvest of this wonderful crop with a special guest at Bakucha Kitchen.
Nicole, whom we know from the restaurant, whom we love and miss very much
Aylin Yazcıoğlu will be with us in the Bakucha kitchen on October 29, October 30 and November 6. During the week between these dates, she will leave a few surprise flavors on the a la carte menu.
After graduating from Galatasaray High School and Boğaziçi University, Department of Sociology, Aylin Chef succumbed to her love for gastronomy while pursuing her PhD in Cambridge and received culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu Paris. After gaining experience in Michelin-starred restaurants in cities such as Paris and London, she took over her own kitchen at Nicole Restaurant in Istanbul. With the unique flavors she created here, she helped Nicole to enter the list of the world’s top 1000 restaurants.
We are looking forward to the flavors that Aylin Chef will design specially for Bakucha, and we can’t think of a better way to celebrate October 29th than sharing the creations of such a strong Turkish woman.
