Chef Murat Deniz Temel, the creator of Alaf Kuruçeşme, will be at Bakucha Mutfak on August 17, 2019 with teasers from the Alaf menu and brand new flavors specially designed for this day.
Alaf, a story of migration, is known as ember flame in nomadic dialect. Describing his cuisine as “a nomadic story fed by its roots”, chef Deniz Temel defines his flavors as designs fed by the cultures and stories left by people who have passed, migrated or come from these lands.
This time on August 17, 2019, Migration Story is waiting to meet you at Bakucha with a special menu called “7 regions 6 Wines” where Arcadia wines are paired with flavors inspired by the 7 regions of Turkey.
