ArcadIa Pet-Nat 2022

Pet-Nat, formed from the first syllables of the French words ‘’ Petillant Naturel’’ meaning ‘’ natural sparkling’’ is a cheerful, easy-drinking natural sparkling wine style. Also known as the ancestral method or ‘’Methode Ancestrale’’ this style is actually the ancestor of the traditional sparkling.
We produced only 1056 of this ancestral method sparkling wine with the very popular Sauvignon Gris grape. We hope you will love it as much as we do. We recommend that you consume this fruity and cheerful sparkling cold which is easy to serve thanks to the crown cap and will be enjoyed without the need for rituals.

Odrysia Narince 2019

The indigenous grape Narince, literally translates as “delicately”. Odrysia Narince is made by %100 of Narince grape. The position of Arcadia Vineyards in the valley streching below Istranca mountains is identical to the grape’s hometown. This elegant example of Narince expresses the unique fine fruity tastes of this noble White.

Citrus tones, especially lemon and White fruit, is followed by stone fruit and pear notes. Refreshing with a balanced acidity and middle long finish.

Grapes from the %100 Sauvignon Blanc parcel were bored with the whole cluster method used in champagne production. After fermentation aged sur-lie for 3 months.
The Arcadia vineyard terroir has fresh acidity and lime, green apple, peach, melon, pear notes, orange blossom, and citrus aromas are accompanied by fresh acidity.

A soft, elegant, white grape with balanced acidity comes from Arcadia Vineyards %100 Pinot Gris parcel, Turkey’s only Pinot Gris vineyard.

This time we produced Papaskarasi white wine from the Papaskarasi red grape,

Hand-picked Sangiovese and Merlot grapes pressed with whole cluster method as in Champagne production. It made of %50 Sangiovese & %50 Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.

Fermented at 16 °C for 16 days then sur-lie aged in stainless still tanks for 3 months.
Strawberry, red apple, damson plum, cherry, fig, and red fruit aromas, on the nose and on the palate, very well-balanced and fresh Rosé with spicy flavors.

İlktepe red Blend 2020

Ilktepe series is blended with %67,3 Cabernet Sauvignon, %27 Merlot, % 5,7 Cabernet Franc grapes. The color is dark ruby. On the nose vanilla, cocoa, chocolate, and caramel flavors, ripe fig and currant flavors On the palate, very well-balanced, ripe red fruit aromas, and the fluffy tannins is quite a complex, medium complex with long finish. 

Aged in light and medium toasted French oak barrels for 6 months. Made with light-handed methods without any manipulation to the taste, this wine is unfined and has been subject to limited filtration. Due to these qualities, it may contain sediments and haze.

Mono Merlot 2021

%100 Merlot grapes are hand-picked at their ideal maturity and vinified through the gravity method. To fully pass on ripe fruit aromas from the skins, low-temperature fermentation was made for extended skin contact. An elegant Merlot with bitter chocolate and fruity notes.
On the nose and on the palate vanilla, chocolate, and coffee aromas from oak barrels are accompanied by red plum, raspberry, and ripe fruit tones. It’s aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. It is a Merlot with a sleek and medium finish with velvety tannins.

barrels. Rested in oak barrels together for 4 months. Only 1416 bottles were produced in their most natural form without refining, clarification, or filtration. A very fruity, lively, fresh, red fruit aroma, medium-bodied, medium finish, and very enjoyable red.

Arcadia 333 LATE HARVEST - Botrytis Cinerea 2021

When Botrytis Cinerea, known as gray mold in vineyards, finds suitable climatic conditions and develops inside the grape without tearing the skin of the berry, it turns into a gift of nature called Noble Rot. The most well-known
dessert wines produced by Botrytis by squeezing these grains, which turn into honey-flavored nectar, are those produced in the Sauternes region, which is the sub-region of Bordeaux. Since it is suitable for aging for many years, it is also a very good collection of wine. 

The sweetest of Arcadia Vineyards, 333, is the only example of this style produced in Turkey.

Arcadia 333 LATE HARVEST - Botrytis Cinerea 2016

It made of %100 Sauvignon Blanc grape. Botytis Cinerea that is known as ‘gray rot’ in vineyards transforms to a natural gift called ‘Noble Rot’ under proper circumstances. To obtain this special wine; we squeeze the grapes that has a jammy, intense nectar thanks to Botrytis. The most famous wines that are done by this method are those produced in Sauterne- Bordeaux. 

The only one example of the method is Arcadia Late Harvest 333 in Turkey. Also , these wines are suited to aging. This time 333, 2016 Botrytis wine is full sweet style.

Arcadia 10th year, 2016

Our 10th-year collection of wine only 1509 bottled was produced with the 10th year of the Arcadia vineyards. This wine is blended with 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc grapes and aged in French oak barrels for 20 months. An exquisite red with black forest fruit notes, mint and licorice aromas on the nose and on the palate with a potential of at least 10 years of aging.

We are greeting all wine lovers with the maturity period of Arcadia Vineyards.

Sangiovese 2018

This monosepage Sangiovese, was produced by the experienced hands of Our Tuscany oenologist consultant Dr. Andrea PAOLETTI. Sangiovese was produced as a collection wine that can be stored in your KAV for years, reflecting the expression of the grapes unique character in the Arcadia terroir, its first harvest in 2018 was only 893 bottles. 

Arcadia Vineyards Sangiovese is aged for 15 months in French oak barrels and has a wide aging range is bottled by applying limited filtration without fining.
